Air Greenland connects GreenlandAir Greenland is a great airline which has two essential roles: one, in connecting this amazing island with the outside world via Copenhagen in Demark, and two, flying between the many small population centres around the coastline of Greenland. Tourism is growing rapidly as more people become interested in this remote place, which is constantly in the news as being one place on earth where the changes taking place due to climate change are clearly evident. In June 2007 a new dynamic Chief Executive was appointed to oversee a new independent era for the airline. With its close neighbour Iceland enjoying tremendous success in attracting tourists from all over the world, we expect Air Greenland to become more familiar to real travellers who wish to visit this unique, unspoilt land.
